The games and commentaries  * indicates a provisional ranking. nr indicates no ranking  + indicates section winner or runner-up, advances to round 2  # three-way tie for second, playoff required elloco won over bharat in game 1699 and morford withdrew. % tree-way tie for first.  Chaunier decided to not participate in the final, so no playoff is needed. I hope to comment the games again for this tournament, but some volunteer help would be greatly appreciated. The games themselves will be collected into an archive for easy viewing.
